These policies are in place to ensure my business can continue to run and to offer you the best possible service. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

I operate a CASH-ONLY policy for all treatments.


Payment links are strictly available only for retail purchases only, but must be paid before you leave.

 

In the rare case a client arrives without cash, a payment link can be provided with a £5 admin fee to cover processing and administration costs. This must be arranged before your treatment start time, otherwise additional charges may apply.

Booking Policy

  • A £20 booking fee (or active VIP Membership booking fee) is required to secure your appointment.

  • Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice.

  • Appointments cannot be cancelled – they may only be rescheduled.

  • Reschedules made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation, and your booking fee will be forfeited.

  • A no-show appointment will result in your booking fee being forfeited.

Please note: brow and lash treatments cannot be carried out without a patch test at least 48 hours beforehand. This is your responsibility to organise and attend, and failure to do so will result in a cancelled service and your booking fee being forfeited.

 

These policies are in place to support my business and allow fair appointment access for all clients.

Refunds & Guarantees

Refunds are not offered on services.

 

If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact me within 48 hours and I will do my best to resolve it.

 

Retail products are non-refundable unless faulty.

Lateness Policy

Your appointment time is the start of your treatment, not your arrival time.

 

Please allow at least 5 minutes for parking and walking to the studio, so you are ready to begin at your booked time.

If you arrive early, you are welcome to help yourself to a refreshment in the waiting area. You will be called through at your appointment start time.


I work with back-to-back appointments, so it is essential that you are ready to go straight onto the treatment bed at your booked time.


Late arrivals cannot be accommodated. If you arrive after your start time, your treatment will be cancelled and your booking fee will be forfeited.

The best results come with consistency. Your VIP Membership makes it simple to stay on track with your treatments, enjoy exclusive rewards, and save money.

How It Works

  • Your £20 booking fee secures your appointment, and when you rebook at the end of your appointment and roll it over, it unlocks your VIP Membership access and exclusive benefits.

  • To keep your membership active, you must rebook at the end of each appointment, rolling your £20 forward every time.

  • If you choose to end your membership, your £20 will be refunded at your final appointment.

Membership Terms & Conditions

  • By booking your appointment, you agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions and the Booking Policy Terms.

  • Cancelled bookings or no-shows will result in your booking fee being retained and your membership being deactivated.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Membership benefits are only valid while your membership is active.

  • All treatments are subject to consultation.

  • Membership benefits may be updated at any time.

Service Preparation

Skin Testing: All brow and lash treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Failure to complete a patch test will result in your service being cancelled and your booking fee being forfeited.

 

Consultation Forms: Must be completed at the time of booking (sent digitally via Fresha). Failure to complete may result in cancellation.

Lash clients: Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Avoid oily products around the eye area before your appointment.

 

Brow clients: Arrive with clean skin and no makeup around the brows. Avoid fake tan, sun beds, and retinol for 3–5 days before treatment.

 

Skin treatment clients: Arrive makeup-free where possible. Avoid active skincare (retinol, glycolic acid, strong exfoliants) for 3–5 days prior, unless otherwise advised.


If you arrive unprepared (e.g. with makeup on lashes/brows), cleansing may reduce your treatment time.

Full aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment.

Terms & conditions on and ALL SKIN ROADMAPS and gift experiences

These terms apply to all purchases and redemptions of: Skin Reglow, Skin Reboot, Skin Rewind, Lash and Brow Spa, The Glow Experience, The Skin Tightening Experience, and all other treatment vouchers.

General Terms
• All purchases are non refundable and non transferable.
• All appointments must be booked in advance. Preferred dates and times cannot be guaranteed.
• A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will result in the session being marked as redeemed.
• No shows will result in the treatment being forfeited.
• Late arrival may reduce treatment time.
• Treatments are subject to suitability which is assessed during consultation. If unsuitable, an alternative of equal value will be provided.
• Treatment cannot be redeemed in the month of December.
• Vouchers and programmes must be redeemed within 12 months unless stated otherwise.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
• Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications and recent procedures. Failure to do so may affect suitability and safety.
• Clients must be 18 or over for injectable or advanced treatments including skin boosters, collagen induction, under eye treatments and tightening treatments.
• Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please check before purchasing or redeeming.
• Certain conditions such as active acne, open lesions, infections or dermatitis may prevent treatment.
• Results vary depending on lifestyle, home care and skin condition.


Redeeming Skin Roadmap Programmes
(Skin Reglow, Skin Reboot, Skin Rewind)
• The first appointment must be booked before mid February of the programme year.
• All programme treatments must be completed by mid November of the programme year.
• Programme discounts apply only if the full programme is completed. If you withdraw early, remaining sessions will not qualify for the discounted rate.
• A £25 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your plan.
• This booking fee is deducted from your second to last session only if no appointments have been missed or cancelled within 72 hours.
• If you miss an appointment or cancel without enough notice, your £25 booking fee will be used and a new booking fee will be required.
• The discount for any missed or late cancelled session will be lost and that session will be charged at full price if rebooked.
• Programme treatments cannot be exchanged for alternative services unless agreed in advance.
• Payment plans are split across sessions with the final treatment free.


Redeeming Treatment Vouchers
(Lash and Brow Spa, Glow Experience, Skin Tightening Treatment and all others)
• Vouchers are valid for one treatment session unless otherwise stated.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed in December.
• Patch testing or skin testing may be required. If this is not completed, the appointment will be cancelled and the voucher will be marked as redeemed.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for alternative services unless agreed in advance.
• Vouchers must be redeemed by the expiry date.
Treatment-specific notes
• HD Brow and Lash Spa: Patch test required at least 48 hours before treatment.
• Glow Experience: Not suitable for clients with active acne, inflamed skin or open lesions.
• Skin Tightening Experience: Includes an injectable 70 Hyal skin booster. Suitability for injectables is assessed at consultation. If unsuitable, an alternative of equal value will be provided.


Redemption Process
(Applies to Skin Roadmaps and all Treatment Vouchers)
• After purchasing, the buyer must contact me on Instagram or Facebook and provide a screenshot of payment before booking can be made.
• If purchased as a gift, the buyer must send the screenshot along with the full name and contact details of the person receiving the voucher.
• The recipient must then contact me directly on Instagram or Facebook to arrange their appointment.
• Appointments cannot be booked until the purchase has been verified.

Arrival & Parking Information

The full address will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

 

You are welcome to park on the drive or on the road, but please be mindful of neighbours.

When you arrive at the address:

Walk around the right side of the house through the side gate.

 

Continue down the decking stairs to the studio, situated on the left at the bottom of the garden. If I am still with a client when you arrive, please wait patiently in the waiting area, and help yourself to refreshments.
